Sublimation: vibrant and lasting designs
Sublimation is a unique printing process where ink is permanently infused into the material using heat. Unlike surface applications, sublimation designs become part of the fabric or coating, ensuring they won't crack, peel, or fade easily when cared for properly. This method works best on light-colored garments, polyester fabrics or high-poly blends, and special sublimation-coated tumblers and products.
Please note that slight color variations may occur due to screen settings and the sublimation process. For recommended care, wash items inside out in cold water with mild detergent. Tumble dry low or hang dry, and avoid bleach and high heat to maintain the integrity of your design.
DTF: versatile designs for all fabrics
DTF (Direct to Film) printing allows vibrant, full-color designs to be transferred onto apparel using heat and adhesive powder. This versatile technique can be applied to a wide range of materials including cotton, polyester, blends, and works beautifully on both light and dark garments. DTF prints are known for being soft, durable, and highly detailed.
Unlike vinyl, DTF allows for complex multi-color designs without the need for layering, providing a smooth finish. To ensure the longevity of your DTF designs, we recommend washing them on cold, hanging them to dry, and avoiding ironing directly on the print.
